Here in Vermont we are still waiting for some warmer weather. Yesterday was in the teens and we may be looking at a warmer weekend (the 40's!) While we wait for warmer weather we are enjoying the blooming forced paperwhites we planted weeks ago.
While we wait for warmer weather we are enjoying some new scooters for even more movement and exercise in our play (and a hope that the running in the house will be replaced with scooting).
While we wait for warmer weather they create elaborate meals waiting for the time we can move them to the outside.
While we wait for warmer weather we take the babies for walks inside the house, anticipating the day we can take them outside again.

Your house sounds like ours...the long wait...but kids know how to adapt! =) Love all the pictures!
We moved from Plattsburgh NY to the south about a year ago (my little guy was born in Burlington actually and I worked in VT) and remember those long waits for spring. I hope it comes soon for you! Scooterboards are wonderful too! Beautiful photos as always...
I just found your blog. I am also a mother of two and currently working on putting together Montesorri lessons for my daughters. I must admit, I felt overwhelmed about getting materials ready for everyday lessons but your blog makes it look so easy. Thanks so much for inspiring me. I love your blog and plan to check back often. Thanks also for all of the helps you have on your side bar. This is helping me immensely.
