Updated Changes

Update- With our recent news of my husband's change in employment location, we are headed from Vermont to New Hampshire.  We are excited, nervous and awaiting all that encompasses this transition. Because of the move, my youngest will no longer be enrolled in a public school preschool (because there is none) and possibly a part time kindergarten the following year (as opposed to the full day program we anticipated).    Once we are settled,  I am planning to start a small childcare program from our new home (and hoping we find a house that fits this need).  With all these changes I will be back in this space with (I'm sure) lots to blog about.

I've enjoyed following this blog from the UK as my kids have grown up roughly at the same time as yours and it's given me lots of ideas. Thanks.

I think this is the first time that I make a comment in your blog, but I read it regularly and am grateful for you keeping it available. It is good to know when things come to an end in order to make a natural shift to something else. I'll read you in Seasons of Mohering.

I have enjoyed your blog and reference it regularly as well. Thank you for writing it. I know it is not easy to write with young children so thank you for sharing with us!

I am so sad that your blog is ending but admire your passion for raising your children. You have lived their growth rather than watched from the sideline while they watch tv and stare away! You are an inspiration. Please leave this blog up for as long as possible and give us warning if you need to close it :>

I have been a regular reader of this blog for many, many years. I'll certainly visit your new blog, though I'll badly miss this one.

Hi there! What a lovely way to wind up your blog...and to keep it as a resource for others. I stopped blogging a little while ago, but always love popping back onto your site to see what you and the girls have been up to. Yours was one of the inspirations when I started mine (was Making of a Monetessori Mum) and you were also so supportive.

Good luck with your next stage. My eldest starts school next term, so I understand the change of focus. Look forward to checking out the next incarnation.
